How to tell when you’re in a bubble, and how to live it in 2016

I’m a writer living in the bubble.

I don’t want to be in a space where I’m constantly experiencing stress and anxiety.

And I don’t think I should feel that way.

For most people, I know what that means: that the moment when I’m in a situation that feels really hard is when I feel like the pressure is unbearable.

But it doesn’t have to be that way, and it doesnt have to make me feel uncomfortable.

What if you know that you are not in a crisis?

What if you are in a place where you feel like you are doing the right thing?

What do you do when the situation feels too real and you know it?

I have this thought that if I could tell you how to tell if you feel trapped in your bubble, what would you tell me?

I’d tell you: You are in your own bubble.

You are free to be happy, but you can’t take comfort in the thought that youre doing the best you can.

You cant feel comfortable when you know you are safe and protected.

You have to take care of yourself.

The more we can do to help people be better at managing their own stress and managing their stress in a supportive, supportive way, the better off we will all be.
